At ÇEKA ("Company", "We"), we value the privacy of our site crews and installation teams. This policy describes how your data is processed when you use our mobile application ("App"), which is developed to allow you to view files required for assembling ÇEKA products and other product-related files.
2. Information We Collect
The App is for authorized professional use only; public sign-up is not available.
- Account Information: Login credentials (username and password) are created and provided to you by ÇEKA administration as part of your project assignment. We verify these credentials strictly for authentication purposes.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous technical data (crash logs, device type) to ensure the App runs smoothly on construction sites.
3. Permissions and Usage
To provide its core features, the App requires the following permissions:
- Camera Access: The App uses your device camera solely to scan QR codes located on physical product components. This feature allows you to instantly open the relevant installation manual page. No images or videos are recorded or sent to our servers.
- Storage & Downloads: The App requests access to your device's storage to allow you to download installation manuals (PDFs). This is essential for viewing guides offline in remote areas or deep tunnels where internet is unavailable. Files are saved locally only upon your request.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. The App does not display any advertisements.
5. Account Deletion
Users have full control to delete their account at any time via the "Delete Account" button located in the App settings. This action is processed instantly and automatically:
- Upon confirmation, you will be logged out immediately.
- Your login credentials and associated personal data are instantly and permanently erased from our database.
- This action is irreversible. If you require access again in the future, a new account must be manually created by the administration.
